In order to begin the relationship with Seminars on Demand, it is important to read the following Terms and Conditions of Usage. You agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions when you use this web site and any other web sites (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Seminars on Demand, LLC or one of its divisions or subsidiaries (collectively, “Seminars on Demand”). If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Usage, do not use any portion of the Site.

1. Nonexclusive License. We grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access, use and display the Site and the materials provided hereon, provided that you comply fully with these Terms and Conditions of Use. You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the Site in any way. You may not advertise or solicit on or through the Site without our express written permission. 4. Eligibility. You hereby certify to us that you are at least 18 years old, or viewing the Site in connection with your parent or guardian’s use of the Site and under their supervision. Use of the Site by children under the age of 18 years other than in connection with the child’s parent or guardian’s use of the Site is strictly prohibited. Online submission of information by children under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited. Solely parents or guardians may submit online information about children under the age of 13.

14. Applicable Laws. Seminars on Demand operates the Site from its offices in Utah and makes no representations that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access to the Site from any territory where the content is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the Site from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The display of the Site alone does not subject Seminars on Demand to any specific jurisdiction. You may not use or export any of the Site materials in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. Any claim related to the use of the Site or to the Site materials shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah as applied to agreements made and to be performed entirely therein. Any action brought to in connection with the Site or Site content shall be brought in either the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah.

15. Modification of Content. Seminars on Demand reserves the right to revise or modify any and all site content at anytime including course availability. This is generally used to offer newer courses as they become available.
