Jim Tuman is an internationally known sociologist, educator, and media personality who has spoken to over 2 million kids in more than 2,000 schools worldwide. He inspires young people to examine their motives, goals, and feelings, and shows them how to make meaningful decisions about their futures. Young people have never been more challenged than they are today, and they are looking for answers. There is no doubt that Jim will answer some of them today. As a media personality, our speaker has appeared on ABC, NBC, and CBS National News, as well as the the Today Show, National PM Magazine, and the Oprah Winfrey Show. Has been featured in Newsweek, USA Today, Business Week, The Chicago Sun Times, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, Newsday, The Detroit Free Press, and The New York Times. Jim believes in living a balanced life. He has done such diverse things as being a circus clown, a rodeo rider, a symphony musician, a cake decorator, and a parade enthusiast.
